2. Owner / Managing Director

The Owner/Managing Director serves as the chief executive and highest authority of Quick and Clean Carwash. As the head of this family-owned business, the Owner is responsible for establishing the vision, mission, and long-term objectives of the company while ensuring that daily operations align with these goals. The Owner approves budgets, major purchases, employment decisions, and company policies, and has final authority over strategic and financial matters. The position also represents the business in dealings with customers, suppliers, government agencies, and other stakeholders, while ensuring that the company operates with integrity, professionalism, and compliance with applicable laws.

 

3. Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of Quick and Clean Carwash and ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. This position supervises the Car Wash Attendants and Detailing Staff by assigning work, monitoring performance, and ensuring that employees follow company policies and safety procedures. The Operations Manager coordinates employee schedules, addresses operational challenges, resolves customer concerns, monitors the condition of equipment and facilities, and reports significant issues to the Owner. Through effective leadership and communication, the Operations Manager ensures that the business operates smoothly and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.

 

4. Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial affairs of Quick and Clean Carwash and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and safeguarded.

5. Administration Officer

The Administration & Human Resources Officer is responsible for managing the administrative and personnel functions of the business.

 

6. Car Wash Attendants and Detailing Staff

The Car Wash Attendants and Detailing Staff are responsible for providing professional vehicle cleaning and detailing services while delivering excellent customer service. Their duties include washing, rinsing, drying, vacuuming, polishing, waxing, and detailing vehicles using company-approved equipment and cleaning products. Employees are expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment, properly care for company equipment, follow workplace safety procedures, and treat customers with courtesy and respect. They are also responsible for reporting equipment malfunctions, workplace hazards, accidents, or customer concerns to management and for carrying out any reasonable duties assigned by the Operations Manager that contribute to the successful operation of the business.
